This is an original, handmade piece of applique and freemotion seascape art.  Made from reclaimed and recycled fabrics including: silk, voile, net, ribbon, satin, lace, cotton, calico and chiffon.  Colour-matched and pieced together, then stitched together using machine and free-motion embroidery.  
 
The frame is mottled grey wood.  It measures 10ins x 12ins and is approx 1ins deep.  The picture itself is approx 8ins x 10ins and comes signed by me. Any loose threads, or lumps and bumps are part of the design.
